Business Policies
1. Appointments:
- Booking: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required for services exceeding $60.
- Clients with 3 no-shows will be banned from booking.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
- Custom Designs: Please select the “Customize Design” option when booking for dedicated or custom nail art. The nail tech will confirm the price beforehand, and we will reach out to confirm details once your booking is received.
2. Payments:
- We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (except AMEX).
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes.
3. Refunds & Redos:
- No refunds are provided for services rendered.
- A 7-day guarantee applies to new sets and services completed at our salon. This guarantee does not cover fill-ins, repairs done elsewhere, or any services related to lacquer polish.
4. Design Requests:
- Nail techs will strive to meet your design requests. However, final results may vary due to nail shape, techniques, or materials.
- Not all internet-referenced colors may be available in the salon.
5. Health & Safety:
- Clients must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before their appointment.
- All tools and equipment are sanitized according to industry standards to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
6. Children & Guests:
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Please limit additional guests during your appointment to ensure comfort and space for all clients.
7. Promotions & Discounts:
- Proof is required for student discounts or other promotions.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
8. Gift Cards:
- Gift cards are valid for one year from the purchase date.
- They cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and are non-refundable.
9. Personal Belongings:
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during your visit.
10. Code of Conduct:
- Respectful behavior is required from all clients. Any inappropriate conduct toward staff or other clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
11. Social Media:
- We may photograph and share images of your nails on social media. If you prefer to opt-out, please inform us before your appointment.
