1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. A deposit may be required for services over $60.
• Clients with 3 no-shows will be restricted from future bookings.
• If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.
• For custom nail designs, please select the “Custom Design” option when booking. The nail tech will confirm pricing beforehand, and we will reach out to confirm details once your booking is received.

2. Payments & Pricing

• We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards (except AMEX).
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.

3. Refunds & Redos

• No refunds are provided for services rendered.
• We offer a 7-day guarantee on new sets and full services. This does not apply to fill-ins, repairs done elsewhere, or lacquer polish.
• If any issues arise within 7 days, we will provide a one-time complimentary repair.

4. Design Requests

• We strive to bring your nail art vision to life, but results may vary due to nail shape, techniques, or materials.
• Not all colors from online references may be available in the salon.

5. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before their appointment.
• We maintain the highest hygiene standards, sanitizing all tools and equipment after every client.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a contagious condition that could affect others.

6. Children & Guests

• Children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please limit additional guests during your appointment to maintain a comfortable space for all clients.

7. Pets Policy

At Glamour Nails, we love animals, but to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all clients, we have the following pet policy:

• Service animals are welcome, but we kindly ask that you notify us in advance so we can accommodate any clients with allergies.
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed inside the salon unless they are certified service animals.
• If a client has severe allergies or sensitivities, we may need to ask pet owners to reschedule or make alternate arrangements.
• We appreciate your understanding as we strive to create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.

8. Promotions & Discounts

• Proof is required for student discounts or promotional offers.
• Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the purchase date.
• They are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

10. Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep your valuables with you.

11. Code of Conduct

• We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any rude, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
• Please keep phone conversations at a low volume to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all clients.

12. Social Media & Privacy

• We may photograph and share images of your nails for promotional purposes. If you prefer to opt out, please let us know before your appointment.
